They will try every trick in the book to get money back from you, even though you haven't got any to pay. Keep paying the £1, tell them they should be very grateful to receive that, if they continue to take the p$$ out of you tell them that you will put them name in a hat for the monthly draw as to which luck creditor gets paid for the month but of course you can;t guarantee they will be the lucky ones LOL!
Thank you.:A
Feeling more at ease, although it scared me to death this morning when first opened the letter, I thought blimey they don't hang about, its one months arrears.......
Thanks anyway.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

My hubby taken his out in July 2007 and myself October 2007.
We are joint on hubbys loan and to pay off the overdraft they said I could only have the loan, this is in my name only, and a houseperson as well. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

umm then they can enforce the debt, if its pre 2005 I understand its a very questionable area as to whether they can legally enforce the debt due to the badly worded credit agreement, which has now been updated.0

I was comparing the older to the newer version, saying that the oldest loan or the first loan we ever had with them was April 1997, found the agreement to that yesterday funny enough, yet no signature, its all so different now isn't it?The one and only "Dizzy Di"
