If you buy 6 items with this offer, it is only the lowest two that are free, so if you buy 3 @£5 and 3 @ £10, discount is only £10. So buy in two batches 3 @ £5, discount is £5 and then 3 @ £10, discount is £10, £5 better off. Free postage for schoolwear as well.
I have been in contact with M&S customer service and they think that they are doing it right and it is explained on their web-site, I don't think it is explained correctly.
