Good morning all.
I seem to have the same thoughts as other people, 1st of the month so going to make more of an effort!
Thinking of starting a diary too...
I was also up about 5 this morning think its the heat, and I dont start work til 10! :rolleyes:

Thats great about Amber and especially about Jas. Have they given you any idea when she might get her tonsils taken out? Sooner the better before the next bout of it!

I must pop back and catch up onyour blog when I get 5 mins, I do love to read it!

Just waiting for the cat place to open to phone them... although cat isnt around today

No idea, there is a new system here though now. The GP prepares the paperwork for the hospital which I collect from the GP surgery in a week. It has a choice of hospitals that I can go to. So, I then phone the hospital and make the appointment myself. Much better way of doing things I think.

I must get my blog updated with a progress update rather than my ramblings about life that's on todays to do list too.

It makes such a difference to have a quiet morning bookie. There is nothing worse than opening your eyes in the morning to screaming and shouting fits. By the time she left for school I needed a stiff drink never mind a coffee :rotfl:

Roasty toasty here today:p

Feeling better this morning. Had a chat with Hubbles about the girl at PND group and got a lovely cuddle and lots of reassurance that I am doing great and that he's seen improvement since started on happy pills (I hope I'm not offending anyone by calling them that...)

Considering starting a blog but don't know how to go about it:rotfl:

Got the last of the introductory baby massage classes today. I think the regular classes are too far away for me to keep them up though . Will have to find other things to occupy my Wednesday, and Monday too now Tadpoles is finished:cool: Must not fall back into watching TV and playing mindless PC games:o

I'm glad the happy pills are working luc, you know by all means empathise with the woman at the group but it isn't your burden to take on. I don't mean that to sound harsh or uncaring but we can't go through life collecting and carrying everyone's pain. We would never make it through a week if we did that.

I went through something a bit like that when the kids were diagnosed. I was feeling all miserable and hard done by, but then I took Amber to a playgroup for kids with special needs. Some of the kids have very limited life spans while others had a lot of physical stuff caused by bleeds in the brain, heart problems... you name it. All a lot worse than my dodgy little gene. I felt like a complete prat for feeling the way I did when there were people out there with far worse to cope with.

But, our feelings are ours and they are just as valid as anyone elses no matter how much worse other's problems might be. So, take from it the feeling of joy and luck that you do have a beautiful healthy baby but also be aware that your PND is a chemical problem in your brain and isn't something you can either control or should feel bad about.

I just happened to be on Dr Mikes blog and thought that was as good as any host for my own. I had a google sign in already so it was all a piece of cake. Here is the start page
