Morgage Holiday

Can anyone give me some advice.
I applied for a morgage holiday with Nationwide and met the criteria in my contract <80% LTV , been with them over 12months and never deffered a payment yet they are refusing us a morgage payment holiday, saying we don't meet the criteria.
We paid for a valuation and they can confirm I was given the wrong information regarding using any valuer, and are offering me my £250 valuation fee and £100 for the inconvinience of giving me the wrong information!!
Is it worth me taking this to an omandsman or should i take the money and run?

And what do you think the ombudsman will do that Nationwide havent?
Authorised arrears are at the discretion of the lender. The FOS cant and wont tell Nationwide to allow authorised arrears. The FOS also accepts errors happen and expects a fair resolution to them. Refunding the fee and giving you £100 seems more than fair.
So, unless you think that waiting 3-12 months for the FOS to rule on your case is going to result in something better, its not worth it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
