vinegar from pickled onions

Would the vinegar left over from a jar of pickled onions be OK to use for home made cleaning products that require vinegar or are there to many additives in it?

It probably could be used for cleaning purposes but wouldn't be ideal if it contains pickling spices and flavourings. I'd be more inclined to use if for culinary purposes, making salad dressings etc.

It wouldnt hurt to use it in the loo when you want to descale it.
