why offer a price match service when you can't fulfill it, i can not believe how bad they have messed this up

an error would be inputting the wrong digit or missing one off, when setting the price, cooltoshop have actively price matched by changing the price manually for each customer through livechat when requested.

They've just cost themselves a whole load of custom, i would have used them agagin in the future but no way never now.

Thanks for that ive just rang the local sainburys and confirmed, then rang the local PCworld to verify they will price match plus 10% and its all go for tomorrow morning.

Same here, confirmed the price with my local sainsburys. I don't have a PC World near me so will be queueing at Sainsbury's for when they open at 7am!
