Fans of the Faryl Smith! We would love your feedback on a couple of questions about how you like to listen to her music.
It's a short survey - it won't take more than 5 minutes to complete and in doing so you'll be entered into a competition to win a signed print of Faryl and a copy of her album.

NB When you get to the bit where you enter your name and email, there is no field to enter it. But if you click just to the right of 'first name' and start typing, the letters come up in a box. All mine filled automatically with Autofill but those doing it manually should be able to complete it OK.
