Just recieved letter saying will get just under 3500 compensation.Still waiting to hear on 2 other policies but good result so far.Would not have done it without this site.Was worth all the swearing as I sat with 18 years worth of paperwork trying to fill the complaint questionnaire in! ;)
One day the big prize will be mine!

    What makes this site great although I have to say people should take more responsibility for their personal finances anyway. With all the press coverage on this subject even without MSE you would hope consumers would be aware of the issues around endowments. Anyway, well done. :)
