  • I never said it was hard - just time consuming. when I shoot weddings I often end up with 800+ photos from the day. Even removing tatts from 25% would mean at least extra 30 hours work!! (200 photos @10 mins each). That's just doubled the time it takes me to edit a wedding. I would consider charging my hourly editing rate of £15 per hour = £450. It's just something to consider when working out a budget for your wedding.

Of course you might only want your album photos edited in this way which would work out cheaper.

It all works out good in the end.
If it's not good, it's not the end!

I would give the coverup make up another go. If it is only really for the ceremony, then buy the dress that you love (regardless of whether it shows the tattoo or not) and then use cover up make up. It'll probably start coming off later on, but do you really mind at the reception?

I am having laser treatment and it is working really well but it isnt a quick fix, its not just a case of getting a tattoo lasered one day and then its gone as it is an ongoing process. I have been having my treatment for over 18 months they are not gone yet I think I will need another 5-6 treatments so that could easily stretch out to middle of next year before they are gone so unless you are getting married in over two years time its proably not an option for you! Plus it hurts like hell when it is being done EMLA anaesthetic cream is my best friend lol. Mine are out of sight so not a problem for my wedding dress.

I think professional cover up makeup will be your best option for wedding then laser after if you want to get rid of it permanently dermablend should cover it up for you really well you will just need to find the right colour:D

The pain depends on where they are - much like having one in the first place.

Meaty areas aren't so bad. Boney areas do smart a bit!
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
