hiya, i wanted to do something for dessert today and wanted to use one of those pre - made sweet pastry cases. I have a net of limes that need using, if there is any way to combine them? or any other simple yet yummy ideas please.

I'm thinking, make a big batch of lime curd, and use some to make a tart, plus you'll have loads left. You could serve with a blob of ice cream, or to be very naughty, some condensed milk, or whipped cream..
