HI,

Sainsburys often do deals on Glenfiddich especially the 5quid off one and especially at Xmas time!!!

Cheap enough though if you want another bottle of quality single malt. I've still got a bottle of Glenlivet to enjoy so I'll pass on that for now!

However Glenfiddich got its name linked with quality is a mystery to me. The stuff is no better than a decent bottle of blended whisky (eg, BNJ, Black Bottle). I suppose it appeals to all sassenachs out there who cant tell a decent bottle from the value whisky at Tesco costing £6.88.
I'll stick with my Lagavulin, Bowmore, Macallans etc.
