Win the new CD range from Classic FM
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to ‘Win the new CD range from Classic FM’ on Classic FM ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 29 June to Friday 31 July 2009. The "Participating Radio Station" is Classic FM.
By entering this Competition, anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
1. Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners will be invited to enter the Competition by registering online.

1.2 To enter the Competition an Entrant must complete the required details and click on the 'Submit' button.
1.3 All those who enter before the closing date (midnight on 31st July 2009) will be entered into a free prize draw.
1.4 The winner/s will be chosen at random by an independent party within 24 hours of the closing date (midnight on 31st July 2009).

1.5 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Any employees of GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.
2.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.
2.3 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.
2.4 GCap Media and the Participating Radio Stations shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose text message or telephone call are not received by GCap Media or the Participating Radio Station.
2.5 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
3. Prize
3.1 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.2 There are 2 sets of 12 CDs to be won. The titles of the CDs are as follows; Music for Babies, Music for Dinner Parties, Music for Chillout, Music from the Movies, Land of my Fathers, Classic VOices, Chant, World of Brass, Big Band Swing, Summer Jazz, Smooth Jazz and Songs from the Musicals.
3.3 The above 12 titles are the only ones available to win in this competition, there is no alternative prize available.
