Just had an email with code from Tescos
Unfortunately, due to an error in our packing you have not been given
instructions on how to claim your Tesco exclusive bonus virtual DVD.
Virtual DVDs allow you to view your film in the same quality you would
experience on DVD but through your computer. Please find below instructions on how to get your virtual DVD.
When you ordered your copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince it was priced £13.98 on the Tesco Entertainment website. Our price for this product on release is £8 so as a result of our Price Promise we will be refunding the difference between what you paid and the new price. This refund should be visible on your bank account within 12 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Tesco Customer Service
12 working days! I'll probably get my refund after Christmas
That's interesting. I haven't had any e-mail about the digital copy instructions. I haven't opened mine so I don't know what's in it. Don't really want to as it's a christmas present for my son.
What are the instructions like if I might ask?0 -
Mine has just arrived from Amazon, it a 2 disc set whatever that means.0

"To claim your free virtual DVD for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood
Prince:
- Click on the image of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
- Enter your unique code in the authorisation box
Your code is xxxxxxxxxxx.
This offer is valid until 30/06/2010."
Though I am not too sure of the great benefit of this if you have the physical DVD anyway.
I also find Tesco very ignorant (yet again) to not even acknowledge let alone respond to my personal email. :mad:0 -
