Of feet, that is!

Kate Winslet, Nicole Kidman , Paris Hilton and BBC's Kate Silverton all take a size 9 apparently.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/fashion/5652410/The-list-of-size-9-womens-shoe-stockists-is-bigger-than-you-think.html

I used to take a size 7 and a half. After losing a fair bit of weight, I went down a shoe size and can often even get into a size 6 now. Can't really get away with very cheap shoes, except for toe posts; they never seem to fit comfortably and I'm a bit fussier about looking after my feet now and making sure I don't get nasty lumps and bumps etc. Although I can get what I want from Next, Clarks (for work), River Island and Faith.

My feet are broadish and I think they look terrible in pumps, which I would like to wear, but never end up buying. Because I have to wear sensible boring flat shoes for work, I love to wear heels and high wedges, even though they make me really tall!!

My faves are a pair of summery high multi coloured wedges I bought a few years ago in Matalan and never wore til this year, when miraculously, they matched my entire summer wardrobe and I wore them to death for travelling and on holiday! I also love my pair of black soft stretchy knee high boots with pointy toe and spiky heels which are incredibly flattering!

  • Not really, I have irritatingly average size 4/5 feet depending on the shoe. My feet are however quite wide so my choice with cheap shoes comes down to whether I want my toes pinched to oblivion or the shoes to not stay on my feet!

I'm a size 4-5 and I have quite narrow feet. I would like to be a size 3 as shoes always look nicer in smaller sizes!!

I'm a 6.5 or a 7 so big 'uns for me, too! I'm a bit of a freak really as I'm a dress size 8 and 5'2" with really long hands and feet.
Can't say I have trouble with getting shoes to fit. I love TopShop for footwear and they are pretty generously sized. There's also an excellent ex-store returns stall on our local market and I can pick up funky pre-worn stuff for less than a tenner and 'cos it's been pre-worn the shoes are usually broken in so no horrid blisters.

Size 9 shoes for me, and they're very wide, so can normally only get shoes form evans

My mum buys me most of my shoes, as she knows how much of a pain it is for me to get them.

My plates are size 6 but as wide as a house so they look like flippers! Great for swimming but not for shoe buying. If i buy regular shoes my feet look like they want to explode out of them. :D

My feet are such a pain, I couldn't even tell you what size I am as I tend to range from a 5 to a 7 and I am 5 feet5. I find shoes in Spain tend to be very narrow for what I would consider my average width by British standard feet. I have given up on pump shoes here because even if they are gaping at the ankle the toes are pinching. I do look at women's feet and most Spanish women have small feet and it is not unusual to find size 35's displayed before a size 39.
