avon stolen!!!

I just got home from work and found a card put through my door by redcats couriers saying your avon was left on the door step!!! Ah i live on a v busy road with a small garden so anyone could have picked the box up. i didn't know it was coming today i have checked my email and avon said they would email me when they dispactch. as anyone got a number for avon can only find there email address thanks in advance . on the card there is no name of the courier or a number to ring .

Hi Carol . I had this problem with screwfix order once... the courier should not have left it in public view. Some couriers are great but some are going so fast they don't stop to think about the obvious like theft!!!!

I am pretty sure that you can get Avon to deliver to your place of work . Either that or do you not have an avon rep at work. you get more offers from the reps brochure than on the website and the delivery is free even with a minimum spend.

just a thought
but as far as your parcel is concerned avon should send another out straght away with a nsl (no safe location ) on the delivery parcel to say if you are not in do not leave it - then all you do is ring up the courier to arrange delivery at a more convenient time.

I have always found avon to be excellent with their customer service but then i am bias cos i'm a rep.
