I just checked my purse - found a receipt from TK Maxx in March, a stick of gum and a canadian cent....
Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T

and I think only the first 10000 to register get the £50. Someone has to have them though, so why not someone on here.

Never mind the £50 these things are selling for £250+ on ebay, go take a look in the coins section.

Even the normal ones with date are going for £10-20 simply because of the wording and people getting bid happy.

The world never ceases to amaze me.

As for original post, ive had a bout £70 worth of 20ps waiting to be bagged and only found 8 new ones all with date, checked with my dad and he hasnt gotten any either. Most like havent circulated this way yet.
  • just checked on ebay £35,000 was the dearest i could find:cool:

Have you seen the big con on these on ebay? People are selling 2007 ones with "no date on queen's head side" and people are bidding on them. The 2007 coins had the date on the other side anyway!!

I'm reading all the rest of the items for sale. I can't believe that people are so stupid that they are bidding on ordinary 20p pieces.
