hi folks as i have used some fab recipes from this forum i just wanted to share one of my latest favourites. Its very easy and quick to put together .little elbow grease required
makes 12 "normal" size muffins or can make 24 mini muffins
10 oz sr flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 oz sugar
1 egg beaten
9floz natural plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons milk
3 oz melted butter
3 oz choc chips
combine flour , baking powder , sugar, cocoa in a bowl stir in choc chips
in a seperate bowl combine egg, yoghurt, milk, and butter
pour into dry ingredients stir together till JUST combined
fill muffin cases real full
bake 20 mins at 200 c for large muffins or 15 mins at 190 c for mini ones
I sometimes put a spoonfull of nutella in middle for an extra choc fix Mmmmm
