Tesco 3 for £10 wines and 25% off?

Saw the advert for 25% off wines if you buy 6 bottles and was just wondering if anyone had combined it with the 3 for £10 offer, so getting 6 bottles for £15?

None - cos Tesco appear to be closing that deal early. Can still get a great bargain if you get your calculator out and think outside the box.

yes the 3 for £10 offer seems to have disappeared instore today but was still showing as available online earlier today but I couldn't see an end date. They did have several wines that were 2 for £10 and if you bought 6 or more you also got the 25% off.

So if my top of the head maths is right - thats makes 6 bottles for £15 ish????!!!!

£11 x 6 = £66 - 25% (£16 ish) - £36 (3 x £10.99 + £3.00) = £14

If so this is well worth getting - can anybody confirm this???

Gran Tesoro. A red Spanish Garnacha was recommended by Olly Smith in the Sunday Mail a few weeks back.

I can concur that it tastes well above its price of £3.54 a bottle. With this offer it is only £2.65 a bottle.

Afraid they have none online though but plenty instore. Here is a link to the online item:

For some reason the price online is not the same as the instore price.

If this is a 3 for £10 offer I work out the maths as follows:-

6 bottles for £20 and minus 25% = £15 ( a full pound more than your method).

ps this offer applies on all wines and champers
pps dont forget that the offers on today finish tomorrow and a new bunch start instore on Wednesday so if the wine you want is on offer now ( 3 for £10 etc) then its unlikely to be on offer on Wednesday ( althought sometimes both sets of offers work on a tuesday)

Unless I've missed something on another thread, I am a bit surprised that nothing has been said on here about the 25% off working at the same time as the 2 for £10 deals - which have not been removed early by Tesco like the 3 for £10 deals. The 25% off works on the original price so it pays to buy the most expensive wine you can find in the 2 for £10 offer - there are some £9.99 and £10.99 bottles in the deal. 6 bottles at £9.99 will get you nearly £15 off the £30 discount cost ie 6 bottles of decent wine for £15 - less if you use a few MOCs or double up £5 worth of clubcard vouchers.

Has everyone gone teetotal or something?

First time ever got the glitch.
6 bottles of £10.99 wine in 2 for £10 offer for £14.02 after 25%. Hope it tastes nice now. Thanks everyone for the advise. Pity couldn't have used double up vouchers as well but system down across the country apparently.:j:j:j

Good on you Twig - its probably one of the wines I bought at that price and its pretty good for a 'cheap' wine !
