Just a question really - sorting out csa2 has taken months so when the new changes come in will we all be moved over? I would dread to think i have to sit through the entire process again

Well I heard it was 2010 not 2011, however saying that, I understand that folk were supposed to move from CS1 to CS2 and it never happnened, so make of that what you will

From my understanding of when I spoke to CMEC, CMEC are the payment enforcment side of things, the figures will remain as per CSA2,
as I was getting confused that if they take the figure from gross who pays the tax etc from the deduction, or do they expect the tax to be paid twice :eek:0 -

My understanding is The new rates are 12% 16% and 19% of gross income which will come from HMRC as per your p60 or Self !!! for year end 2010 as filed in April 2011. There will be no need to ask the NRP for income details as new software is currently be written that will allow the transfer at a flick of the switch. Exactly as the Ozzy CSA works
PWCs will be asked first if they want to us the commission as a fee will be charged for the new service.0 -
cmac you say that PWCs will be asked first if they want to us the commission as a fee will be charged for the new service. Who will be charged for this service the pwc or the nrp?? and is it an annual or monthly fee?? i feel that it should come out of the csa payments that are paid direct to the csa who can then take their cut and pay the rest to the nrp. my ex has payments via the csa but i would prefer to pay her each month rather than the csa so i would not be happy if i had to pay for a service i did not want to use, or is should be if one fo the parties want to continue via csa they pay, if both do then it's halved!!
How far in advance would we be notified that we were going on to the new shceme?? my case is clerical (well it its' been put on the system i havent heard!!! i've been paying for over 2 years and only received one 12 month schedule in the beginning - but i just carried on paying the same amount so the ex wasn't without payments)0 -

i think we've had this before the info is incorrect, it's the old way under csa1! cmec is a copy of csa 2 but with a change of % using gross wage0

This link is incorrect its talking about CSA 1 not CSa30 -
the %s are less than now i think its 12, 16, 19 instead of 15, 20, 25 but as an nrp i end up paying more!! i checked it out!! thats why i dont think i should pay for the priviledge too!!:mad:0
