12% gross is more than 15% net so its an increase for a NRP.

However are there not rumours that household bills are to be taken into account like CSA 1 when doing the calculations?

I dont think anyone knows what's going on, it's all rumour mill.

As they are going to charge a fee this is classed as a service. This should mean when they botch up, their clients should, in theory, be able to sue them in the SCC for breach of contract.

I can't wait....it will take months rather than years.

Or they will do what they did first time around - scrap the charges as they realised that they couldn't charge for such shoddy service!

Personally i think they have an absolute cheek to try it a second time !

Especially when the person who has to pay the bill has no choice in the matter.

I dont understand how all of the people on CSA1 are still on it.

My OH started paying direct to the PWC end of 2000 when they split.
She brought the CSA in as she thought she would get more money!

She told them he had notpaid a penny since he left...silly woman he paid her in postal orders and he had every single slip as proof!!!

CSA assesed the case and OH had to pay less than he had been.

Then in 2002 our baby was born and OH was nill assesed on CSA1.

The ex was furious and demanded another assesment so the CSA assesed us and at the same time changed OH to CSA2 at the same time.

CSA have made loads of mistakes over the years and recently we have just found out that the CSA have not even been taking our second child together into the assesment since 2006!!!!
Even though we rang them 3 days after the baby was born.
  • Like other's on here i wont be holding my breath waiting for csa3.
I'm on csa1 and it's crippling me and my wife.
If on csa2 i would be paying about half the amount.
If on csa3 i would be paying about half the amount.
Then the csa wonder why i think the system is so unfair!
Two times the goverment have decided they are fair amounts to be paying on csa2 and csa3.How long will us on csa1 be discriminated against??
