Hi guys hope you are all well and enjoying this lovely weather!
I should really take more notice of previous read threads but I have a memory like a sieve so just need to bend your ears about the above.
Hubby got his letter today saying that his case is now with RTLU - is this a good thing do you think? Why haven't i got one (now i sound like a spoilt child!)
Does this mean that an IPA may have been bypassed or is that just wishful thinking again:D
Thanks again

RTLU usually deal with "asset" management IPA's etc.....if anything is passed to them its usually a sign that the OR has concluded investigations into his case....you may get one soon you may not just the way the OR worksWe all die. Thanks phil. Does this mean that I just send any creditor correspondance to them now rather than OR. The letter is very vague. We don't have any assets so does that just mean that our files will sit there until discharge?Discharged May 20100 -

Files only go to RTLU if assets such as IPA, Nil Tax Code, property?
Can still get ED if files passed to RTLU.0 -

Hi JCS1,
We do have a nil tax code starting soon but no property or anything. Maybe it must be the tax code then.
Early discharge is not allowed for us i'm afraid but I can handle May 2010.Discharged May 20100 -
Hi guys,
just to update really. I received my letter today to say that I am now with RTLU. To be honest I am quite relieved as I said in the original post my hubby has been with them for some time and I don't know why but I was getting a little worried as to why I hadn't.
Also I still have not received an IPA (surplus) so I am still keeping fingers crossed. Too be honest everything seems too quiet (I am touching wood as we speak):p
Anyway I hope everyone is doing ok :beer:Discharged May 20100 -

I was passed to RTLU, or what I like to think of as The Liquidation Unit after about five or six months of pleading "Skint, Your Honour" and I have heard nothing whatsoever from any of 'em after that (discharged 23rd July 2009). My theory is that it means you've been done and dusted and slung upstairs to the filing unit... but I'm no expert!
While I didn't get an early discharge nor did I get any hassle or IPAs or BROs or any other acronym from Her Majesty's Receiving Persons. Fingers crossed for you that it means the same in your case!At the end of every rainbow is a smug meteorologist with a large prism.0 -
