    That's to do with the rate matcher. It's flexible and you choose a rate and apply for it. It's not fixed fixed like other normal fixed products (if that makes any sense). The estimations are only done on their website with slide bars, hence it can't appear on any comparison sites.

    So which do we think is best if one wants to make monthly overpayments of say, £300 (where the monthly payment is approx £660) ? My gut tells me the post office 4.45% fixed for 5 years; but I am not an expert on comparing unfortunately!
