this is getting really stressfull now!!!!!!!!! we were being made br by the co-op today turned up to court and they pulled out deciding it was not in there interest to make us br as we have no assets!!!!!!!!!! the judge said if you wanna go br you have to apply yourself (all very well if you have a spare grand lying around!) im so upset we had a plan to go br today then turn up on thursday about repo on house and try to negotiate us moving back into our home as its neg equity and we have a young child. only now we are not br and northern rock will just take house if we go br after we made agreement surely??? so confused back in limbo and a day waisted off work

Hi lornio,
Sorry that they did this to you, I mentioned it to you last week that they sometimes do this, they probably thought it would scare you into paying up.
You can still go to court on Thursday to try to save the house, going BR after you've made arrangements on the arrears shouldn't change that. They would only lose out on the unsecured part of your mortgage, if they repossessed just because you go BR after they will lose everything.
Sorry it's not working out as you hoped ((((((((())))))))Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
