Morgage options for shared ownership

Hi, me and my girlfriend are currently trying to buy a flat in a shared ownership arangment and am wondering if any one know of any other options to go with other that wollwich and leeds for up to a 90% morgage. 10% deposit is all we can muster, and currently leeds sems like a real bad deal and woolich seems like they just pulled out of 90%, ( hope they reinstate it soon).

any help would be great.

oh the biulding is new biuld!

Try Halifax or Kent Reliance. Nationwide do S/O mortgages too but not sure they accept a 10% deposit.

I'm sure the Co-op Bank do this sort of thing.

    I'm taking Leeds Building Society.
Lots better (and quicker!) than bloody slower-thgan-slow Woolwich (who wants £2,000 in charges while Leeds wants only over £200). Rate is higher, but they're not so picky.

Oh and it's 90%. On the website it says up to 75% but it means up to 75% of the TOTAL value of the property.
