a while ago someone posted a link for a site where you register your fave items (pepsimax for me) and they mail u with which supermarket has it on special offer ...

Dont know what the site is, but somerfield have all pepsi types on offer in 12 pack cans for £1.99 hth0

I've never paid, they just send emails each week with my particular favouries if any store has them on special offer. I hope they aren't changing to a paid for site.
edited - you seem to be absolutely right they now want £5.20 a year. Sorry to have posted the reply now. I wonder why they still email me as I don't pay.
Another site that has something similar is
