What to do with excess filo pastry

Options
I've taken some filo out of the freezer hoping to do spring rolls, but now not sure if filo is the right thing to use :confused: and I don't want to refreeze the now thawed filo.

I'm looking for suggestions of what to do with it so it's not wasted.

Any ideas much appreciated.
