please help - foil dish question!?

Argh! I thought I'd be really clever and re-use the foil dishes that my tesco quiches came in.
Well I've just made 2 quiches to put in freezer, feeling very pleased with myself and realised when you cook the tesco quiches you have to remove from the foil dish before baking.
So my question is - can I just put these straight into oven in the foil dish, cook and then freeze (I'd prefer to do this then can just defrost quiche and eat cold as I like!)
Or do I have to freeze them uncooked and then take out of foil dish to cook?
Please help quick! I have to go to work in a couple of hours so need to get this done!

I've never taken a quiche out of the foil container and it's always been ok
Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
I think they tell you to remove from the foil before cooking as it's easier to do when frozen than when cooked (gets a bit crumbly).
I would leave in the foil if it's easier for you.
It's only a game
