Anyone got an old Sainsbury High Fibre Recipe Book?

Hi all
I bought this book about 20 years ago and cooked a recipe out of it for prawn and cashew pilaf, which was delicious. I would love to make it again but cannot find the book anywhere and Sainsbury's can't help (according to Customer Services they don't archive their recipe books :mad:)
If anyone has the book and could paste the recipe I woudl be so grateful :A
