I haven't been contacted yet, but how long does it take for the OR to contact you normally, and will this be to make an appointment or to actually get down to the questioning there and then?

Same day for me, I got a letter yesterday with a couple of papers to sign and send back but no request for bank statements or anything like that. Then again I had the interview the same day. Perhaps you'll get one in the next couple of days?

I was told the OR would contact within the next few working days.
She contacted by phone at 4.45 the next day and the hearing was the day before at 10am
She said the call would take approx 45 minutes, it took 20 minutes and she got down to it there and then, wanting 12 months bank statements and some past statements of the biggest credit cards.
wanted to know basically how i had got in to such a mess, what had happened.
It was not nearly as bad as i thought get out the bank statements, find as many of the last 12 months as you can, and get the rest together.
Make some points that can help you on the phone. Be ready.
