Hi to all,
Just a quick question, im on bulk cooking for the week and im wondering that if i cook a chicken (from fresh) can i refrezze it in sandwiches so i can just get them out the night before. Also would it have to be heated on the day of eating?
Thanks to all

Yes you can.
If it had been cooked and then frozen you couldn't. I often cook a whole chicken and strip it and freeze it in portions enough to make the family's lunches and just lift it out to defrost the night before.

Freze once raw and once cooked. If you want it for sandwiches you don't need to reheat it.0

Your sandwiches don't need to be defrosted overnight either - they take about 4 hrs to defrost; you can get them out at breakfast and they should be ok for eating at lunchtime (just so long as you don't have an *early* lunch
