Cheap Hoegaarden

My partner... doing the xmas shopping the other day decided to get me one of my favourite beers... Hoegaarden...

But at £5 for 6 x 25cl bottles at Asda... it is hardly cheap...

When we were in France back in the summer it was about the same price though for 330ml bottles.

Are there any supermarkets in the UK that sell them cheaper....those 6 bottles are not going to last me very long

Hoegaarden at Asda is the best valve I have seen so far, its quite hard to get cheap Hoegaarden what you have to remember Hoegaarden is a bottled conditioned beer and will have a short shelf life compared to other bottled beers also it has to be imported from Belgium so it is always pricey.

Thats a shame....those 6 bottles I had lasted all of two days

ASDA were selling 75CL bottles 3 or 4 for£5 cant remember exactlly but worth buying

Lets hope InBev treat it with respect it and keep it brewed in Belgium to the original brew unlike the way they ruined Stella.

Somerfield did a own brand Belgium wheat beer similar to Hoegaarden last summer which was very good not sure if they still sell it though, sorry cant remember the price.

Dear dfarry,have you looked on the Beer Ritz web site they are doing 24#25cl botts .at L28.51 and 24#33cl botts at 33.05,also Beer`s of Europe are doing 24#33cl for 26.77.Give the sites a look my be of some help to you
