so if Murray wins and they go bust, how much will the account credit be worth? £0
How wins - not you.0 -
They are a French company that are massive and have entered the market with 'aggressive sales' procedures. They are fronted by bigmouthmedia who won this contract in 2008 (Dec) and cdiscount are reported to be 4 times the size of amazon.
Have to say this will certainly get people talking about them.0 -

Todays' tip: do your homework before spouting off.

So you can wait till the final to the offer? If so, buy tv, lump heavily on the other guy down the bookies. Win-Win situation !! :beer:0

if you do win the credit, it is valid for 30 days, and it would appear, be spend in one go!!
"Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and can be used anywhere on cdiscount.co.uk to fund all, or part of an order. It is important to remember that your order total must be at least the same value as the voucher that you intend to use, and that no additional credit or change will be issued."Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

Amazing game! He's going to be knackered for the next game but he has the clay court specialist and wild card entrant so the draw has been rather kind to him. I suppose cdiscount are actually glad he pulled through - the best case scenario for them is he gets to the final, they sell thousands of TVs...and Swiss Rog beats him.

Well, there is a 7 day "cooling off period" (right to change your mind) when buying anything online (under the distance selling regulations) - so if you were being cheeky and wanted to try for a "free" TV, you could order one and then cancel the order if Murray loses!!
You would probably have to pay for the return courier delivery but that would be your only "loss". If you waited until just before the final and then cancelled straight afterwards if he lost then they most likely would not even have dispatched it yet. Of course the TV would not really be free if he won as you don't get your purchase money returned but you get the credit to spend at cdiscount instead. Loophole?
