Yay! :j Yesterday was probably my first no spend day EVER! I am really bad with just buying things here and there for a couple of quid with my debit card and not noticing it. So I am very proud of myself!

Question- on a no spend day should I use that money that I 'would' have spent and put it in my savings? Just wondering if a No spend Day should be a 'put £1 in my savings day' as well....

What does everyone else do?

NSD 1 yesterday, heading into town in a bit for 2 MS but feeling frugal so might just be able to resist any temptation...?

Yesterday was day 1 - today I've pre-booked seats with Jet 2 for the early morning flight for our hols and had an ice cream from the ice cream van - big treat yummy

Well, I'm off the start line with yesterday at least! Have to say tho, that the air con was MORE than welcome whilst doing the grocery shop today..silver cloud again
It's great to see so many joining in this month. We can do with hints & tips to help us in our Quest to Prevent Unnecessary Spending so don't forget to add them along with any sites that you find useful for making stuff from what you've already got in.

2nd NSD for me, so has been a good start. The weekend approaches now though so need to stay strong as I usually struggle with my weekend non-spending.
