I have managed 4 No Spend Days Saturday had to buy Fruit and Veg for Sunday Lunch as we had family over.
didn't go out shopping on Saturday, so spent the day de-cluttering surprised at what I have found. New Trainers in wardrobe forgot I had them. Re-gifting some presents 3 birthdays this month. Also got out my crafts supplies, so will make cards.
(Hope I remember who bought the presents for me)
I will have to go shopping soon for toothpaste, mouth wash etc. Won't be buying shampoo or conditioner as I have plenty of Free Samples to use up.
I am really enjoying my first challenge and I think you are all very friendly and helpful

Trisha--can't even find the bits I've bought FOR gifts
I was doing a bit of browsing & it is now suggested that you should only use alcohol-free mouthwash because the other dries out the salivaAnyhoo, cooled salted water works fine too
I was hoping for at least one nsd over the weekend, but it didn't happen. Never mind eh...still got 24 & a bit days to practise
