  • I'd love to earn £10 a day but dont know how! I work full time so although I have signed up to mystery shopping sites I dont get to do that many. I hardly have anything to sell on ebay as I have a relatively new home so not much accumulated yet. I do surveys through p1nec0ne but very rarely get jobs. I also do them through itsyourview.com but again, they dont come through often enough. If anyone has any ideas I would very much appreciate your help!
  • Just come back from a sneaky mys shop that i managed to bag so that's another £5 for the kitty.
Did get paid for another ms today but not counting that as I did it last month.
Got a busy day tomorrow mystery shopping again so well on target for this month.

  • How do you guys count how you've made money?

Do you count it when you make it - ie when an item is sold.

Or do you count it when you actually receive the money.

What works best or is it personal preference? I'm new to this so still working it out.

    Many thanks :D

Its very much down to personal preference. I count money once I have received it - i.e. cash in my hand, or in my bank account, or paypal account. Vouchers and coupons I count when I use them, except for Amazon which I count when I had them to my gift certificate balance. I also deduct costs as I go along - so sometimes my balance goes down when I post a whole lot of Amazon books, for example, before I receive the money from them.

I've decided to go for £5 per day this month even though I didn't achieve my target in June.

£5 Amazon voucher from MBM received today - reward for achieving double millionaire status.
  • Thanks RuthieJane

I think I'll go for when I get the cash in my hand - after all there are no guarantees that money will make it to you (cynical/realistic you decide).

Must pull my socks up and start earning cash
