Smelly suitcase

Options
My boyfriends just got his suitcase from his mum's and it stinks, think it's been kept in the shed outside.

Any tips on how to wash it? It's kind of a holdall, with a hard bottom and soft top.

Just don't want all his clean clothes to stink!

Wash it out with a wet cloth with some cleaning product or bicard of soda on it . Leave it to dry in the sun outside. If it still smells repeat the process. If it still smells after this damp has gotten a hold and you will have to bin it. Try car boot sale if you don't want to buy a new one.
