Yes I did.

You have to phone or email to claim prize by a certain date. I phoned and was asked to email which I did, didnt get a reply to my email so phoned again - they said the girl was off sick and she would phone when back, never returned call as they said they would but I asked how many tickets it was as we have 3 children - they said it was 4 tickets but they then sent me 5.

I won vue cinema passes, she emailed me asking for my postal address then about a week later she emailed me again asking for my postal address!! i emailed back both times and didn't get a reply and they haven't turned up get!!

Thanks Claire I emailed Fran and she replied to me so all sorted, she said giving people chance to claim by 30th June then the prizes will be sent out shortly after.
