cheapest way to send parcel to Germany

Couldn't work out the best forum to post this in, so I chose this one :D

Have a heavy faulty graphics card that needs to be sent to Germany for repair.

Weighs 1.4 kg. Royal mail want £36 for a 3 day delivery with insurance of £150

It's just over 2 years old, cost nearly £400 and is covered by a 10 year limited warranty, but under the terms of the warranty, I have to pay to send it to them, they pay the return cost.

Anyone know of a company to try that's a lot cheaper (not bothered if it takes a week to get there)

thanks

1.4Kg? - Jeez that's some graphics card. Have you tried weighing it after removing it from the PC?

Pity it's not 1945 - The RAF would've dropped it off for you. That thing would do some damage to Hitler's bunker.

    Try this website:

    https://www.parcel2go.com/

Dont know what the prices are like for European deliveries, but I used them for things I sell on Ebay, and DHL turned up the day after organising collection!

    Thanks all.

Still was expensive if I wanted insurance.

In the end went with Interparcel

Going via DHL with £250 insurance, 2 - 5 days delivery, total of £23
