Good luck Lily,
Try not to worry youre doing all the right things, I think being in contact with creditors is best option.0 -
Hi Lily!
I don't have much advise but just wanted to offer you my support. I was in a similar situation and owed over £11,000 in bills and a loan. I finally acknowledged this last month and through a lot of hard work (and begging!!) I now owe just over £8,000!! I could not have done it without this site!
As others have said make sure you keep in touch with ALL you creditors, and keep copies of all correspondences.
With regards to the job front do you have any jobs in mind? I work as a community carer and know both private companies and nursing homes are always looking for carers. Don't know if this might be an option? Also could you maybe advertise for a flatmate in a local shop?
You've now made the first step :T Well done!!
