Bought beneficial interest, now what happens

Myself and my husband, both br, have sent the £1 each plus solicitor cost last week to RTLU for buying the BI. What happens now, do we get a letter saying its done or will there be any forms, how long of a timescale from sending postal orders to it being signed back to us.

How long is a piece of string? It will depend on how busy with other cases the office is. Obviously if it becomes months then chase them up with it. You should get a letter telling you that the OR no longer has an interest in the property.
