we have had a AIP with the natwest 5year fixed 5.99 i was very surprised as my credit rating i thought wasnt the best.Every time we call estate agents to arrange viewings we get the good old "would you like to come in and see our advisor to see if we can save you money".
My question is if i agree to go in and see 1 how will that affect my rating shuould they not find anything will that effect my AIP with natwest?

It will only affect things if they do a credit check with a lender.
I would avoid estate agents advisors like the plague though.0
