    Hi Sarah,

Vodafone can't send bailiffs in. They would have had to have issued Court proceedings and obtained a CCJ against you. Waaaaaay after this (after you make offer of payment, albeit £1 whatever you can afford) they would have to obtain a Warrant of Execution and then instruct Court bailiffs. Just ignore their empty threats. If anyone does turn up at your door, don't let them in and ignore them, they have no power to do anything or take any of your property.

Re. your personal living circumstances; I'm sorry your parents are also having troubles. If you are not ready to live with your boyfriend yet could you see if your parents could rent somewhere where you could live with them? But, also, dont hold off living with your boyfriend because of bankrupty, if he makes you happy then go for it, if your joint contributions mean you get an IPA then what does it matter if your doing what you want and living with your man? But, in any event, if he has his own debt obligations to consider then his household contribution will not be all of his salary.

Sit down with him and/or your parents and work out what you want to do. Bankruptcy is a fresh start after life has s*****d on you. How do you want your fresh start to be. Figure that out, then work from there...
