Valueflora.com

I was one of the lucky ones who was able to get the orchids for £7.49. I posted a reply to the original thread stating that the service and prompt del of the flowers was great. I have now noticed that the flowers are wilting badly and probably won't last the week. This is strange for this type of flower they should last for weeks. I sent an email to valueflora stating this, and got a very prompt reply stating how sorry they were and are sending me another bunch of flowers within the next few days. I can't say how impressed i am with this company, and the way they conduct their business. The customer service is great. Just wanted other MSE'rs to know that there are good internet companies out there.

    Mmm - I'mn a bit disappointed ...

Phoned my dad up tonight to ask if the flowers for my mum had turned up - they haven't ...

and Valueflora said on my order that it'd be Monday - Tuesday at latest ...

    Mark.

Well, I placed an order on Friday, the page crashed and came up with script errors. I later checked the email account and didnt see anything in there obviously from valueflora (get a lot of emails). Placed another order, was fine, received email from Nochex and then valueflora, it was then that I realised I did have one from Nochex, so payment went through the first time. So I e-mailed them right away (Friday) stating that I hadn't thought the first one went through/didnt receive confirm from them, etc. Also tried their online live help. Received no reply. 2 lots turned up yesterday. Oh well

I also had a good experience of ValueFlora - I ordered some daffs for my mum on Mothers Day - they arrived two days early (because they are sent by normal post, not expensive couriers - she like them arriving early anyway) and apparently she got enough for two vases - and they only cost me £11.99, minus the £2.40 that I'll get back some time from Quidco. I'll definitely be using them again.

Oh - and they were scented, too.
