Letters help/freeze interest

Hi folks
I have been having problems opening some links for some letters.
The creditors have refused freezing the interest, so I thought I would send a response letter back for this, but when going on Nat debtline for templates, I can open some and others I can't, I am getting this below
http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/temp/7543_75821.pdf
However, you may click on it and it may be okay for you, just think its strange that some are ok to open and others are not.
We are though with the CCCS, do they have letter templates on their site, will check anyway, but did originally send the first lot of letters made by CCCS from the start to ask them to accept them, but need some to send back now because they have refused.
Thanks folks.;)

Hi Di
When I used your link it was the same "page not loading" but when I search for the website via my pc its ok...................so have copied and pasted the body of the letter for you, I hope this was what you were looking for
Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for your letter of 01-01-2002 concerning the above account. We are sorry that you feel unable to suspend interest charges on the above account. The majority of our other creditors have agreed to the offer of payment and agreed to suspend any interest charges still accruing. They have accepted that to continue to charge interest would not assist us in our present financial difficulties, and can only serve to increase our total debt.
As you are aware, we have already paid considerable sums in interest to our account. If interest charges continue, the monthly instalments we are paying will not even cover that interest. Also, the cooperation of our other creditors who have agreed to freeze interest already would be put at risk.
We would therefore be grateful if you would reconsider your decision not to freeze the interest. This would mean that the monthly payments we make would actually reduce the balance outstanding to your company.
We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Only to ask as well, where it states that "majority of creditors have agreed to the offer of paymen"t etc, well in my case all of my creditors are lloyds (4) of them and none have them have accepted anything, even though they been taking the token payments, would this letter then not apply to me?
Thanks.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I'd just eliminate the bit above, you could add "By continuing to charge interestyou will not assist us in our present financial difficulties, and it will only serve to increase our total debt.
