hi ya all heres a pic of my sister and daughter in there bridesmaids dresses , there will be 5 girls in the black one and my 2 daughters in the orange , excuse my daughters lack of smile and her hair lol shes a teen lol

thank you rinroo means a lot although 1 reply wasnt the response i was hoping its upset me a little bit as now im thinking that ppl wont like them ,
but at the end of the day Ilike them they are what i want and the colours is what i and h2b wants i know its not every ones cup of tea but its our wedding ,

u know on here i try and say a nice comment about everyones wedding as i know how much effort goes into it all , thanks all for just making me more sodding nervous and about ppl likeing my wedding choices !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 107 views and 1 bloody comment !!!!!!!!!!!i`ll remember that in future

im seriously thinking about stopping all these wedding forums they are not as encoruaging and friendly as they used to be at the start

I didn't have any bridesmaids (long story LOL!) but would have loved to have had colours like that for mine.

FWIW I was going to have a black wedding dress - but got talked out of it! :rotfl:

I think they're realy lovely, and the flowers too! I also think you're brave for going for something so striking and not "the norm"; for going with what you want and not what people expect at a wedding. I think the contrast of the black and the orange is brilliant.

Reason I didn't leave a comment the first time I veiwed is that I'm a lurker, I love looking at all of the wonderful wedding plans on this forum but feel a bit of a imposter posting as I'm not getting married, I just wish I was DP isn't keen I don't think, despite my numerous hints and the fact that I check this forum every time I come on MSE! lol

Hi, i've only just looked (promise) and if someone had said they were having orange i'd have thought Hmmm.. but to see the dresses they are really smart, i love the black & orange contrast and also it's different. I'm a great fan of black anyway it's so classy but i cannot carry off orange it clashes with my ginger hair LOL!

thanks hun everyones face changes when we say orange is our colour but when weve showed ppl things like our flowers, table centres, and dresses, they really love them im only having my 2 daughters in orange and my dress is ivory and black , but you know over america orange is quite a normal colour x

Please remember that the number of views includes all those people who trawl the boards but are not members of MSE! It also includes members who might not have logged in and so 107 views and 1 comment is not bad!

Debs..you know that one of the most anticipated wedding colours for 2010 is orange! So is Aqua - good job as thats what i am having lol xx

Just remember that as long as you and h2b are happy, thats all that matters.

whoo so i might get a good price for my stuff then after the wedding lol

i love aqua ive seen a couple of pics with that colour in and it looks gorgeous xx
