Can anyone give me some advise, I have a reletively low mortgage and I don't know if it would be better to go for a variable or fixed rate mortgage and if discounted would be best. I fixed 2 years ago and it has just come to an end and I hace just realised my payments have gone down by about £50 a month. Thanks in advance for any advise.
