Hi,
I just wanted to thank all & sundry who replied to my posts.
I have managed to fill in my BR forms online & on Monday will be ringing my local court to see when they can fit me in, so that I can petition it all.
It looks like I will have to cease my online business (im self employed) which I am so sad about as I have put my heart & soul into making a go of things with it but if its making a loss, theres no point in going on anymore.
I will have approx £150 surplus at the end of each month & so I am expecting an IPO but I really dont care about that, I never wanted to NOT pay any of the debt back that I have racked up, so £150 per month towards it all is a damm sight better than the £1590 I have been struggling to pay each month (robbing peter to pay paul)
You guys on here have all made me feel so welcome & eased my mind so much.
I will let you know how it all goes with the BR & afterwards.
Good luck to all that are starting out on the journey.
xxx

Ahhh thanks guys!!!
To be honest I will feel guilty if they DONT issue an IPO on me. I know that may sound daft but its me that got in this situation, so I actually want to pay something back...even if its only a wee small amount.
How silly do I sound...lol
When I rang our local court last week to get them to send me the forms through the post, the lady I spoke to said there was a 6 week waiting list then, so it looks like there will be a wait but who cares!! I just want to get it all sorted now.
Thanks everybody

No that does no sound silly. I felt the same. But when i changed jobs my income dropped. I actually asked my OR if i could carry on paying the £50:o. They did not allow me to so my OR dissolved my IPA(he coc@ed up he should have just suspended it)so when i got my ED a couple of months later that was it. I can undertstand why people try to avoid an IPA as you are still,in all intents and purposes, accountable to the OR for the duration.
