Fixture Ferret and membership

Has anyone signed up for full membership to Fixture Ferret, £5.20 a year. I see now that they charge for access to all the promotions worth over £1. Anything under a £1 is still accessible. Just curious.

Hi Smiley_Mum,
I got that email this morning and wasn't at all impressed. Did you find the site much use as it was? I used to clamber through the deals they'd put on my email (generally nappies and cheese spreads - to go with my stated topics of fairtrade and organic!) and very occasionally follow one up - but the site was awkward to use. Now it doesn't seem to work at all for registered but non-signed up members.
I suspect I'll be using trollydolly from now on.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -
https://www.madaboutbargains.co.uk holds pretty much the same information - but is for free0

You can still get all the info for free at:
http://www.madaboutbargains.co.uk/offers/Off_Your_Trolley.htm
Exactly the same site and run by the same people but still free!0 -
It's not the same info. I'm a paid up member of fixture ferrett and I can see offers which are not on the madaboutbargains site and vice versa. Looks like both sites are worth checking...
I've only been a member for a week and have saved back the original fee in that time. Although I live near several supermarkets, so it doesn't cost me anything to travel to different stores for the offers.0 -
I know it is not all in the same place but if the supermarket has internet shopping you can check all the current offers with a few clicks and with some like Asda and Sainsburys there is no need to register as you can just browse. Tesco requires a log-in but there is no requirement to ever order anything.0

I just used to check it for the offers in two of the supermarkets I go to, Tesco and Morrisons. Tescos I guess I can check on the site but Morrisons don't really post too many of their offers on their site. I'll have to cut down on my bills even more now as electric company just stuck their bills up again. Roll on the sunny weather.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot.
