    it has previously been posted but expired, they stopped doing it over a long period! Must've become available again good stuff though and expensive to buy! :)

    I got a sample last time these were advertised on here.

    Ive just got another cold sore, went out to buy a pack of these, only put 2 on and its vanished

    lol i know...i got the free sample months ago but when they arrived my cold sore was going.

    Brought a pack on Tues, when this one first started coming, over £6 for 15 patches. Used 2 and its gone:j

    Thank you very much OP, I shall give these a try for my eldest son who gets them two or three times a year. Some of the creams help a little, but these sound really effective :)
