My DFW Journey and Credit Reports

Hi Everyone,
I have posted a few times on Bankruptcy/DRO forum but have since decided thats not my best route as I feel I can get out of my mess.
Basically, I owe approx £8k to a number of creditors, but I have just checked my Experian and Equifax reports; I am wondering if the following is a good/bad thing to do:
Not all of my debt is registered on files (alot of it is small arreas such as phone/insurance that wasn't paid and this isnt registered on file)... Should I concentrate on paying off larger debts that are on my file?
I'm hopefully in line for a pay rise and promotion next week, or redundancy. Odd I know but thats my workplace for you.
If it goes the promotion route I can afford to start making repayments on my debt, but don't know how to tackle it.
Thanks guys,
David x
